The Memory:
Teenaged prosecutor Eustace Winner has gone missing, oh no!! Simeon offers to help, and where does he check first? Why, the Sunshine Coluseum, where a magnificent festival is being held, complete with fireworks!

Or rather. He said that's what he was going to do. He needed to get into a crowded place so he could slip away from the search party and relocate the teenager that he kidnapped (not the same teenager). The kid is asleep (well, drugged) in a box in the back of his truck, which he drives to a nearby cold storage facility and drops off.

(As a note to anybody whose character is watching this indirectly, the kid is not actually visible at any point, since he's, y'know, in a box.)

All the while, he's listening to a feed from a bug he planted at some earlier point, which is picking up conversations of the man he promised to help earlier, the not-teenaged prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. Because he absolutely CANNOT RESIST, Simeon whips out his voice changer and calls Edgeworth to brag and make fun of him.

Crimes he confesses to during this phone call:

1. Inciting murder ("I'm the one who made big, bad Chairman Winner kill Little Miss Rosie Ringer!")
2. Previously kidnapping yet another teen for the purposes of forcing Edgeworth into action ("I 'abducted' Kay, as you put it. But why would I do that, hm? That's right — because I needed you to help me make sure Winner got caught!")
3. His in-progress kidnapping ("Sweet, innocent little Shaun is with me right now!")

What he learned:
- Seems like he's a pretty busy guy lol
- He really doesn't like the cold, but doesn't feel guilty about dumping that kid in a freezer. He's not gonna be there all that long, he'll be fiiiine
- Did kidnap: Kay and Shaun. Did not kidnap: Eustace. Somebody else did that.
- He's already let Kay go; he can hear her talking with Edgeworth over the bug/phone
- He lies about this while on the phone, but the reason why he kidnapped the (current) kid is because his mother is a judge, and Simeon is trying to ensure a guilty verdict in a trial. (The defendant absolutely IS guilty, he just doesn't trust the court system).
- He likes Edgeworth but it's kinda in the way that a dog likes a chew toy
